Big Umrah Travel is a Jakarta-based travel agency specializing in Umrah, Hajj, and other Islamic trips. Since 2016, we have facilitated the journey of over 1000 Muslims to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Over the years, we have expanded our business and introduced Turkey as part of our Umrah package since 2020. Furthermore, we are excited to announce that in 2024, we will be offering Hajj and Aqsa trips for the first time.

Our mission is to ensure that Umrah, Hajj, and other Islamic trips are easily accessible to Muslims in Indonesia. We achieve this by providing affordable packages that eliminate unnecessary costs, offering budget-friendly accommodation options, transportation, and more. Despite our focus on cost-cutting, we remain fully committed to delivering the highest quality services and comprehensive assistance throughout your journey, from the preparation stage until you safely return home.
OUR STORY
Big Umrah Travel was founded in 2016 by a passionate couple, Hendry and Zinnia. Their journey began with a strong desire to visit the Holy Land for Umrah independently. They started to do research and look for affordable tickets and accommodations. That's when they realized that Umrah doesn't have to be as expensive as most travel agents offer. There are some unnecessary costs that could actually be eliminated to save more money.

Driven by their love for the Holy Land, Hendry and Zinnia always longed to return again and again. Eventually, some of their closest acquaintances wanted to join them on these sacred journeys.

This gave rise to the idea of establishing Big Umrah Travel. Despite lacking a background in the travel agency industry, Hendry and Zinnia possess a high level of dedication and a genuine intention to assist Muslims with limited budgets in fulfilling their wish to visit the Holy Land.
Starting with their closest family, and friends, and through word-of-mouth recommendations, Big Umrah Travel has steadily grown over the years. The community has expanded significantly, with some customers opting to embark on multiple trips to the Holy Land with Big Umrah Travel.
